Capella BPO, Inc. ("Capella," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal information submitted through our recruiting advertisements, training registration forms, Facebook or Messenger conversations, email, and related applicant channels.
Information we collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Your answers to basic availability, eligibility, and attendance questions.
- Form, advertisement, and referral-source information.
- Registration, attendance, and recruitment status.
- Messages or other information you choose to send us.
How we use your information
We use this information to:
- Register your interest in a training or recruitment activity.
- Contact you with schedules, location details, reminders, or changes.
- Plan capacity and record attendance.
- Evaluate or manage a recruitment application.
- Protect our systems and comply with legal requirements.
Submitting your information does not reserve a training seat and does not guarantee employment. Any capacity limits or walk-in rules stated for a training event still apply.
Legal basis
We process information with your consent and where necessary to respond to your request or take steps related to a possible recruitment relationship. We may also process information to meet legal obligations or protect legitimate business and security interests.
Who receives your information
Access is limited to authorized Capella staff and service providers that help us operate recruiting, communications, forms, data storage, and security. These providers may include Meta when you respond to a Facebook or Instagram advertisement. We do not sell applicant personal information.
Retention
We generally retain training-registration information for up to 90 days after the relevant training date. We may keep information longer when you move into an active application, separately agree to future recruiting contact, or when retention is required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
Automated processing
We may use automated tools to collect answers, organize registrations, send confirmations, and route inquiries. We do not make a final employment decision solely through automated processing.
Your rights
Subject to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, object to processing, request deletion or blocking, withdraw consent, receive certain information in a portable form, or lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
