The Recruitment Manager position requires an experienced and skilled individual who can manage the recruitment process and ensure the organization has the necessary talent to achieve its objectives. Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required; master's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, as well as knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Certification in human resources may be preferred
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, as well as social media and other digital recruitment channels
  • Knowledge of the industry in which the organization operates, as well as the talent landscape and trends in the industry is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization
  • Manage the recruitment team and ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives
  • Coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, conducting background checks, and extending job offers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve the recruitment process
